Fear free by definition is the concept of practicing veterinary medicine that involves the reduction of feelings of stress in our patients, which in return will result in a better, more positive experience for all involved.
Why is this so important?
This approach replaces harsh restraints with gentle but effective control to minimize stress to each animal. Our team is trained to read a pet’s body language to better understand the pet’s communication and willingness to participate in an exam.
