Position Summary
As our Customer Service Representative (Front Desk Receptionist), you’ll be the first smile our clients see and the reassuring voice they hear when they call. You’ll play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly by managing appointments, assisting clients, and supporting our veterinary team—while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient needs
Assist with prescription refills, product inquiries, and general client questions
Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
Make follow-up calls and help ensure a positive client experience after visits
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, engaging personality with a genuine love for animals and people
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Previous customer service experience required
(Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required)
Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office systems
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule Requirements
Part-time position
Available for some evening shifts until 8:00 PM (Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays)
Saturday availability

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to support our medical team during late afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, works well in a team setting, and is looking for a meaningful part-time position in a well-established practice.

Key Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
Safely handle, restrain, and comfort patients
Prepare exam rooms, treatment areas, and medical equipment
Communicate with and educate clients in a friendly, professional manner
Support patient care workflows to keep appointments running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment

Ultrasound
Digital radiography
Cold laser therapy
What We’re Looking For
Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Compassionate approach to patient care and client interactions
Comfort with basic computer systems and medical records
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Schedule Requirements
Part-time position
Two late evening shifts per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays until 8:00 PM)
Saturdays required
